Services

Imaging Diversified Staffing provides radiology staffing solutions, connecting healthcare facilities with qualified radiology professionals. Our services include recruitment, placement, contract management, professional development support, an AI-powered chatbot for assistance, a comprehensive job directory, and a learning center with educational courses and resources.

AI Chatbot Services

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot to assist you with:

• Questions about available job opportunities
• Information about our courses and learning center
• General inquiries about our services
• Navigation assistance on our website

The chatbot uses artificial intelligence to provide responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information. The chatbot is not a substitute for professional advice, and important decisions should be verified with our staff. By using the chatbot, you acknowledge that responses are generated by AI and may not always be completely accurate.

Job Directory

Our job directory provides access to current radiology job openings. By using the job directory, you agree that:

• Job listings are subject to change without notice
• Positions may be filled or removed at any time
• Job descriptions are provided by healthcare facilities and may contain errors
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or placement
• All applications are subject to background checks and credential verification

Learning Center

Our learning center provides educational courses for radiology professionals. By enrolling in courses, you agree that:

• Course content is for educational purposes only
• Completion certificates do not constitute professional licensing or accreditation
• You are responsible for verifying if courses meet your continuing education requirements
• Course materials may not be redistributed or shared without permission
• We may update or discontinue courses at any time
• Course access may be time-limited based on your enrollment

User Accounts and Registration

When you register with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

For Healthcare Facilities

Facility Obligations

Healthcare facilities using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate licensing and accreditation
• Provide a safe and professional work environment
• Honor contract terms agreed upon with placed professionals
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

Placement Fees

Placement fees and payment terms will be outlined in separate service agreements. Fees are due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule and are non-refundable except as specifically provided in your service agreement.

For Healthcare Professionals

Professional Obligations

Healthcare professionals using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about credentials, experience, and qualifications
• Maintain current and valid professional licenses and certifications
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
• Honor contract commitments with placed facilities
• Maintain professional conduct and ethics
• Notify us promptly of any changes to availability or credentials

Background Checks

All healthcare professionals must consent to and pass required background checks, credential verification, and reference checks as part of our placement process.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, software, and AI-generated content, is the property of Imaging Diversified Staffing, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Course materials, videos, and downloadable resources are licensed for your personal educational use only. You may download materials for offline study but may not share, sell, or publicly distribute them.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our platform (including resumes, cover letters, chatbot messages, or course discussions), you grant us:

• A non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content for service delivery
• The right to share your application materials with relevant healthcare facilities
• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI systems

You retain ownership of your submitted content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any materials you upload.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent our placement process to avoid fees
• Use our services to recruit or solicit without authorization
• Misuse our AI chatbot by attempting to extract proprietary information or bypass rate limits
• Download, copy, or redistribute course materials without permission
• Share course access credentials with others
• Scrape or automatically collect data from our job directory
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code through our file upload systems

Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

To ensure fair access and system performance, we implement the following restrictions:

• AI Chatbot: Limited to 10 messages per hour per user to prevent abuse
• File Uploads: Resume files limited to 10MB; course video files limited to 100MB
• Course Access: Concurrent streaming limited to one device per account

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaging Diversified Staffing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of services
• The conduct or content of any third party using our services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imaging Diversified Staffing, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Georgia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
