Imaging Diversified Staffing LLC ("IDS," "we," "us") provides radiology staffing services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: This website does not collect sign-ups, applications or resumes itself. All sign-ups are collected through our Jotform forms. When you submit one of those forms, we collect what you give us. That includes your name, email, phone number, city and ZIP, the states you want to work in, credentials and licenses, experience, desired pay and work type, and anything you choose to tell us. For facilities, we collect your facility name, contact details and staffing needs. We may also record how you found us, for example a link from social media.

How we use it: To match you with radiology jobs or staff that fit what you told us, to contact you about those matches, to schedule interviews, and to keep your preferences up to date. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS): If you check the box on our form agreeing to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to send messages about job matches, interview scheduling and preference check-ins. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Data sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Imaging Diversified Staffing LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Who we share information with: Only the service providers that help us run our business, such as our form, email and messaging providers. With your permission, we also share it with facilities considering you for a position. They may use it only to provide those services.

Keeping your information: We keep your information while you're in our network. Email us at any time to update it or ask us to delete it.
